The spider is a rather old ride. It is basically the octopus, but is a bit different. The sweeps are curved, and has more seats. Ironically, the real ride only has 6 sweeps instead of 8. Explain that logic.
As usual the step shall be written under each photo.
The ride is rackedThe main base/wheel are attached to the crane,
and lowered down to the ground.
Then the ground braces are un racked,
and attached
All sweeps attached.
The sweep rack is re racked.
Then the control panel is un racked,
And attached.
Then the first sweep is un racked
And attached
Then the brace is attached, securing the sweep,
And the light is turned on.
The wheel is moved a little, then another sweep is attached.
Then the wheel is moved around,
and another sweep is attached.
4 sweeps
moved around
5 sweeps
6 sweeps
moved around
7 sweeps
8 and all sweeps attached.
The lights on the spider.
Now the second half of the sweeps are unracked
And attached.
Then the wheel is moved, and another sweep end is attached.
The sweeps are finished.
Now the sweep racks are pulled out,
a seat is attached to the crane,
and attached to the sweep.
Once all the seats are off, each rack is folded in
Seats on. The ride is up.
The trailer is moved aways.
Lights.
The ride is moved around.
Light are off.
The real spider racked

A demo of the lights as they look white when racked.
I hope to put more lights on it later so stay tuned.
