Shenandoah shows summary

This blog is a display for my projects. I make models of carnival rides out of knex and pipe cleaners and a few other items. They rack (tear down) like the real rides. If you are viewing this site for the first time let me give you a tour. Below are posts. If your new you might of missed some, so scroll threw and back to see other projects. To the right, is a tab that says pages. Click that and it will take you to a list of pages, including carnival terminology, and youtube, as well as a few others. Enjoy and comment. P.S. if you comment, don't ask me for, or leave any personal info. I ask that you address me as Shenandoah shows, or idog0698. Thank you.

Swinger

The swinger is another type of swing ride. The swings have been around for a long time. With so many versions, ranging from child, to thrill ride. The wave swinger is the biggest, then the yoyo, and then the normal swinger, this one. I will show how the ride is torn down. Picture 1 is the ride with the lights one, and the last picture is of the ride it is based off of.
Step one, the tower hinge is connected.(pic1)

Step three, the seats are removed and the cables are folded in.(pics4-6)
Step four, the feather lights are folded down.(pics7-8)
Step five the folding rack is attached.(pic9)
Step six, the spacers fold in, and the sweeps are disconnected and fold together.(pics10-12)
